1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules are developed and based on the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. The rules for the carriage of air passengers and baggage are established by the carrier airline, based on current legislation of Ukraine and are stipulated in the air carriage agreement (ticket).
1.3. Business Terminal B works only with ready-made travel documents.
1.4. Passenger of Business Terminal B must follow The On Border Control Law, The Customs Code of Ukraine.
1.5. "Kyiv" International Airport Business Terminal В handles passengers traveling with domestic and international airlines
1.6. "Kyiv" International Airport Business Terminal В passenger handling servic does not cover airlines representatives, ground handling companies, and persons accompanying passengers.
1.7. The passenger must carefuly read the requirements and rukles of the air carrier they travel with, and bear the risks associated with failure to meet ones.
1.8. Business Terminal B is covered with video surveillance inside and outside.
1.9. Smoking at Business Terminal B is allowed at designated areas only.
2. Procedures for the provision of services at Terminal В
2.1. Service requests are accepted not later than two hours before arrival/departure time by: tel. +30443392600, e-mail [email protected] , on the airport website https://iev.aero.
2.2. Service requests for groups of passengers are accepted not later than 2 days before delivering service. The group of passengers is meant adults in amount more than 15 passengers arriving/departing by one flight.
2.3. Contact person/company should provide the next information: date/time of delivering service, flight number and destination, full name/surname of a passenger and a contact person, that gave request, number and type of car, type of payment for delivered services and information about a person who will pay for it (passenger or another person), amount of accompany persons, extra services (parking place, rent of conference halls and other).
2.4. Those passengers, who pay cash, can get a service only after full payment for service according to the price list. In case of cashless payment –according to the contract.
2.5. In case if the service of the passenger on arrival is interrupted, does not depend of the performer, and also, if customer does not cancel the order not later than one hour, the cost will be charged according to the rate of adult passenger service , regardless of the cost of the ordered package of services.
2.6. In case if the flight cancel or passenger refuses to service:
2.7. In case of delay or cancellation of a commercial flight for departure upon the delivery of a passenger to an aircraft:
2.8. In case when the transit/transfer passenger cancels one part of the trip, he/she must pay 50% of the full arrival service price.
2.9. Order of delivering service on departure:
2.9.1. Passenger should arrive at the airport not later than 1 hour 20 minutes till international departure and not later than 1 hour till domestic departure. In case when passenger arrives later, we do not guarantee our service.
2.9.2. Driving into the territory - the parking worker let the car pass according to the previous service request. If passenger arrives without a prior service request (not later than 2 hours before the departure), he/she has to inform the parking worker about it who contact with operating agent to receive confirmation of possibility of providing services.
2.9.3. Agent meets the passenger at the entrance helping with the luggage and escorts him/her to the information desk.
2.9.4. The employees wrap the baggage of the passenger, if needed.
2.9.5. The passenger must give the senior agent his/her travel document, if needed, and passport (in accordance with the airlift agreement).
2.9.6. While procedures (ticket and baggage registration), the passenger can use additional services of the Terminal В according to the current price list.
2.9.7. After invitation of agent, passenger passes aviation security in the established order; in case of an international flight the customs control will be carried out if necessary (the employees wrap the baggage of the passenger, if needed), whereupon the passenger passes aviation security and passport control.
2.9.8. After passing necessary procedures passenger accompanied by VIP agent heads to the aircraft by special vehicle.
2.10. Order of delivering services on arrival
2.10.1. After passenger leaving the airplane, VIP agents meet him/her with a tablet which consist the name and surname of the passenger (or without one if it was discussed while booking) .The VIP agent has a right to ask the passenger to show passport .
2.10.2. Accompanied by the agent the passenger heads to the Terminal В by special vehicle.
2.10.3. For getting the baggage the passenger passes the baggage tags to the agent; the passenger waits for the baggage in the Terminal В (waiting time depends on speed of unloading the aircraft).
2.10.4. In case of international flight the passenger passes the customs and passport control in the Terminal В.
2.10.5. After passing all the necessary formalities the agent accompanies the passenger to his vehicle.
2.10.6. If there is a prior request for a transfer, the vehicle will be provided for the passenger and will wait for him/her at Business Terminal territory.
2.6. In case if the flight cancel or passenger refuses to service:

4. Passenger can address all the questions concerning customer service delivery in the Terminal В to the administrator.
