The order will be accepted only if there is enough time to deliver the car to the pickup point.
The order will be declined if one or more mandatory fields on the form you just submitted were not complete.
The service is provided only after payment in full (online, cash or card at Business Terminal B), after voucher is presented in paper or electronic form.
The order can be cancelled and refunded in full not later than 1 hour prior to pickup time.
Service delivery may be refused in the following cases:
▸ if the amount of passengers exceeds the number of seats in the car;
▸ if the quantity of luggage exceeds the capacity of the car luggage compartment
▸ if the passenger is under influence and behaves in an indecent or offensive manner.
