1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.

- This does not apply to:

- nationals of the Russian Fed. and their family members;

- permanent residents of the Russian Fed.;

- British nationals and nationals of Armenia, Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Finland, Greece, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.), Qatar, Seychelles, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela and Vietnam if arriving on a direct flight from their country of nationality;

- residents of Armenia, Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Finland, Greece, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.), Qatar, Seychelles, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Venezuela and Vietnam if arriving on a direct flight from their country of residency;

- nationals and residents of Azerbaijan if arriving on a direct flight from Azerbaijan (not traveling on flights SU1853 and SU1855);

- nationals and residents of Belarus if arriving on a direct flight from Belarus (not traveling on flights FV/SU6496);

- nationals and residents of Germany if arriving on a direct flight from Germany (not traveling  on flights SU2301, SU2823, SU6642, SU2347, SU2349, SU2343, SU6654, SU2153, SU2155, SU2825, SU6644, SU2323, SU2827, SU6658 and SU2337);

- nationals and residents of Kyrgyzstan if arriving on a direct flight from Kyrgyzstan (not traveling on flights SU1881, SU1883, SU1887, SU1895, SU1897 and SU1899);

- nationals and residents of Maldives if arriving on a direct flight from Maldives (not traveling on flight SU325);

- nationals and residents of Serbia if arriving on a direct flight from Serbia (not traveling on flight SU2095);

- nationals and residents of Uzbekistan if arriving on a direct flight from Uzbekistan (not traveling on flights SU1871, SU1873, SU1875, SU1975, SU1877, SU1879 and SU1985);

- students with a written approval issued by their university. The approval must have been submitted to the Federal Security Service of the Russian Fed. by the university.

- nationals of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan if arriving on a direct flight from Armenia. They must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival. The test result must have a green QR code obtained in the app 'Traveling without COVID-19'.

- nationals of Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan if arriving on a direct flight from Belarus. They must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival. The test result must have a green QR code obtained in the app 'Traveling without COVID-19'.

2. Suspension of e-visa issuance.

3. Passengers entering or transiting the Russian Fed. must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival. The test result must be in English or Russian. A notarized translation to Russian is accepted.

- This does not apply to nationals of the Russian Fed.

4. Flights from the United Kingdom to the Russian Fed. are suspended until 16 April 2021.

5. Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom are subject to self-isolation for 14 days.
