Belarus

1. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 3 days before arrival. Test results issued in a language other than Belarusian, English or Russian, must be printed and accompanied by a printed certified translation.

- This does not apply to:

- nationals and residents of Belarus;

- passengers with a diplomatic or service passport;

- passengers younger than 6 years.

2. Passengers are subject to self-isolation for 10 days if arriving from a country listed at http://minzdrav.gov.by/ru/dlya-belorusskikh-grazhdan/strany-krasnoy-zony.php.

 

Poland

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.

- merchant seamen traveling on duty;

- passengers traveling as students.

2. Flights from Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Jordan, Kosovo (Rep.), North Macedonia (Rep.), Montenegro, Serbia or USA (except airports in Illinois and New York) are suspended.

- This does not apply to humanitarian, medevac and repatriation flights.

Czechia

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.

- This does not apply to:

- nationals of Czechia;

- spouses of nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and an EEA Member State residing in Czechia. They must have a marriage certificate or a confirmation of partnership;

- passengers younger than 21 years who are children of nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and an EEA Member State residing in Czechia. They must have a birth certificate and a copy of their parent’s residence permit;

- spouses of British nationals residing in Czechia. They must have a marriage certificate or a confirmation of partnership;

- passengers younger than 21 years who are children of British nationals residing in Czechia. They must have a birth certificate and a copy of their parent’s residence permit;

- passengers who are unmarried partners of nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and an EEA Member State residing in Czechia. They must have a confirmation of their relationship issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czechia;

- passengers with a D visa issued by Czechia;

- passengers with a C visa issued by Czechia after 11 May 2020.

2. A completed "Public Health Passenger Locator Form" must be presented before boarding. The form can be found at http://www.prijezdovyformular.cz/ .

- This does not apply to:

- passengers younger than 5 years;

- nationals of Czechia with a service passport;

- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty for a maximum stay of 72 hours;

- passengers with a residence permit issued by Czechia and a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 14 days and at most 90 days before arrival. The certificate must be issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State, in Czech or English;

- passengers with a “D" visa issued by Czechia and a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 14 days and at most 90 days before arrival. The certificate must be issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State, in Czech or English;

3. Passengers arriving from Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain or Switzerland must have:

- a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or

- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.

- This does not apply to:

- passengers younger than 5 years;

- nationals of Czechia with a service passport;

- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty for a maximum stay of 72 hours;

- passengers with a residence permit issued by Czechia and a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 14 days and at most 90 days before arrival. The certificate must be issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State, in Czech or English;

- passengers with a "D" visa issued by Czechia and a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 14 days and at most 90 days before arrival. The certificate must be issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State, in Czech or English;

4. Passengers who arrive from or have been in a country other than Australia, Iceland, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, Singapore or Vatican City (Holy See) in the past 10 days must:

- have a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival; or

- have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival; or

- take a test within 24 hours after arrival.

Germany

1. Passengers arriving from a country other than Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini (Swaziland), Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter.

- nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland;

- passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland;

- immediate family members of nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland. They must present proof of their family relationship;

- immediate family members of residents of Germany. They must present proof of their family relationship;

- British nationals with a residence permit issued by Germany before 31 December 2020;

- passengers with a long term "D" visa issued by an EEA Member State or Switzerland;

- unmarried partners of residents of Germany. They must have a written invitation and a copy of the identity document of the resident in Germany. They must also have a declaration and be able to present proof of their relationship.

2. Passengers arriving from Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini (Swaziland), Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter.

- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Germany.

3. Passengers arriving from the Moselle department of France are not allowed to enter.

4. Passengers arriving from Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini (Swaziland), Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to transit through Germany to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.

The test must be taken at most 48 hours before arrival. Tests accepted are: antigen, PCR, RT-LAMP and TMA. The test result must be in English, French or German.

- This does not apply to airline crew who are staying in Germany for less than 72 hours.

8. Passengers and airline crew arriving from risk countries must register before departure at https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de .

2. Until 30 April 2021, passengers who have been in or transited through Brazil in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit.

- This does not apply to:

- passengers residing in Italy since before 13 February 2021;

- parents of children younger than 18 years who are residing in Italy;

- military personnel.

5. Passengers arriving in Calabria, Puglia or Sicily must present a completed health declaration form upon arrival. The form can be obtained for:

6. Until 30 April 2021, passengers who in the past 14 days have only been in or transited through Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion and Mayotte), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom must have a negative COVID-19 molecular or antigen test result, based on a swab. The test must be taken at most 48 hours before arrival. They are subject to self-isolation for 5 or 14 days and a COVID-19 molecular or antigen test at the end of isolation.

- This does not apply to:

- passengers who are staying in Italy for a maximum of 120 hours;

- military personnel;

- passengers younger than 2 years;

7. Until 30 April 2021, passengers who have been in or transited through Brazil in the past 14 days must have a negative COVID-19 molecular or antigen test result, based on a swab. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival; and

- are subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival; and

- are subject to self-isolation for 14 days.

- This does not apply to passengers younger than 2 years.

9. Residence permits issued by Italy which expired or will expire between 1 August 2020 and 30 April 2021 are considered valid until 30 April 2021.

 

 

 

Slovakia

United Kingdom

1. Passengers who have been in or transited through Angola, Argentina, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Ecuador, Eswatini, Ethiopia, French Guiana, Guyana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Suriname, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Venezuela, Zambia or Zimbabwe in the past 10 days are not allowed to enter.

This does not apply to:

- British nationals;

- nationals of Ireland (Rep.);

- residents of the United Kingdom.

2. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 10 days. Details can be found for:

4. Passengers entering the United Kingdom must complete a "Public Health Passenger Locator Form". Denmark

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.

- This does not apply to:

- nationals or residents of Denmark;

- residents of Germany (Schleswig-Holstein) and Sweden (Blekinge, Halland, Scania and West Gothia);

- spouses, partners, parents, children, fiances, sisters, brothers or grandparents of a person residing in Denmark. They must present proof confirming their relationship;

- boyfriends or girlfriends of a person residing in Denmark. They must present a printed 'Solemn declaration on relationship for use in connection with entry';

- passengers returning directly via Denmark to their country of residence;

- passengers with a diplomatic passport;

- spouses, partners, children or stepchildren of a person with a diplomatic passport;

- merchant seamen;

2. Passengers entering or transiting through Denmark must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR or Antigen test result. 3. Until 15 April 2021, flights from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Rep. Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, South Africa, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela to the Netherlands are suspended.

4. Passengers must have:

- a negative COVID-19 test result. The test must have been taken at most 24 hours before boarding the flight of the first embarkation point. Tests accepted are: LAMP, MPOCT, NAAT, PCR, RT-PCR or TMA tests; or

- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test result of a test taken at most 24 hours before boarding the flight of the first embarkation point, and a negative COVID-19 test result of a test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. Tests accepted are: LAMP, MPOCT, NAAT, PCR, RT-PCR or TMA tests.

This does not apply to:

- passengers younger than 13 years;

- passengers with a diplomatic passport;

- passengers who have been in Australia, St. Eustatius,Saba, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iceland, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, St. Maarten or Thailand in the past 10 days.
